•2025 Budget Adoption:

The proposed budget includes a 5% increase in assessments, essential to support ongoing and future maintenance, improvements, and contributions to the reserve fund. Click here to see 2025 Proposed Budget. 

•Annual Meeting:

The annual meeting will take place immediately following the board meeting, provided we meet the 20% quorum requirement of homeowners. Click here for more details: Meeting Notice. 

•Board of Directors Nominations:

We are seeking volunteers to serve on the Board of Directors! Three board members will be elected to serve 2-year terms.

•Interested homeowners should submit their Nomination Application by October 25, 2024. Click here for: Nomination Application

•Final nomination applications will not be accepted after November 25, 2024.

•Ballots will be distributed following the nomination period to all homeowners for voting.
