New Wheeled Trash and Recycle Carts Coming Soon!
Dear Park East Townhome Owners,
In order to comply with the Waste Management (WM) business model, Park East Board of Directors has approved a contract to begin using wheeled trash and recycle carts for the Park East Community.
With this change Park East will receive the same service as every neighboring community. Our complex is currently one of the last WM customers to use bags.

Only use the below number outside of normal Foster Premier business hours. The normal business hours for Foster Premier are of M – F 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST. Closed Saturday and Sunday. You will be directed to Foster Premier’s answering service. The answering service will then contact Foster Premier who is on call.
