The Lake County Public Works has begun construction on the interconnection that will bring Lake Michigan drinking water to the Pekara, Inverrary, and Horatio Gardens neighborhoods. Construction is estimated to be completed by this winter.
Some residents may experience short-term water service disruptions during construction. Affected customers will receive notice prior to water shutoffs by the Lake County Public Works.
