Pay Your Assessment Online
Our Property Management company, Foster Premier, has a quick and easy way to pay your assessments online! They accept e-checks, debit cards, or credit cards. Here’s how you get started:
- Visit www.fosterpremier.com and click on the Make a Payment button.
- Logon to your account or create a new account by searching by first and last name.
- You can set up automatic payments, or make a one-time e-check, debit card, or credit card payment.
If you have any questions regarding your payment, contact the PayLease support team at (866) 720-5327. If you prefer, you can also set up automatic withdrawals from your checking account. Please contact the Property Manager for more information.
