The next Special Meeting of Unit Owners is in person only at Foster Premier on December 15th, 2025 @ 6:00 pm. Please plan to attend in person to approve or reject the 30% increase to our monthly assessment for the 2026 budget year. If you are not able to make it in person please fill out your ballot and identify a proxy for your vote.
