Documents for homeowners are available below.  If your bank or mortgage company asks you for a certificate of insurance, please call Diane Wagner at DCI Insurance at (708) 478-2770. If your mortgage company requests a certificate of insurance for the association, please go to certsender.com to obtain the certificate.

If you are selling or refinancing, and your attorney needs to obtain the Declaration and Bylaws, Rules & Regulations, a budget, a paid assessment letter and/or have a condo questionnaire filled out, they can go to www.fosterpremier.com and click on Closing Documents.  Any or all documents can be obtained.  There is a fee for these documents.
