General Meeting Update 7.20.26

By Published On: August 3, 20262 min read

Dear Park East Homeowners,

Thank you to everyone who attended our recent Board meeting. Your participation and interest in our community are truly appreciated.

Board meetings are to keep homeowners informed, maintain transparency and to build our community trust. To stay updated & voice concerns and understand decisions that directly impact neighborhood standards.

For those who were unable to attend, below is a brief summary of the topics discussed.

Insurance Update

Our insurance agencies will begin obtaining renewal quotes approximately 45–60 days before our current policy expires at the end of December.

Community Maintenance

The Board and Property Management continue working on several maintenance and repair projects throughout the community. Updated community signage is in the process of being ordered and installed.

Handyman Services

We are in the process of interviewing handyman candidates.

Community Safety & Traffic Guidelines

Keeping our Neighborhood Safe

The Board discussed ongoing concerns related to vehicle speeding, parking regulations, the safe use of e-bikes and scooters, dog walking, and the importance of respecting private property by using sidewalks and common walkways. These topics remain priorities as we work together to maintain a safe, respectful community for everyone.

Waste Management

We discussed several concerns regarding garbage collection and Waste Management services.

Financial Update

The Board reviewed the Association’s current financial position. We remain focused on responsible financial planning while continuing to fund reserves and prepare for future capital improvements.

Board Elections

This fall, Park East will have three open positions on the Board of Directors. We encourage homeowners who would like to become more involved in the community to consider serving. Additional information regarding nominations and the election process will be sent in the coming weeks.

In Closing

If you have questions regarding your maintenance issues please contact our Property Manager, Josh, first. He is the Association’s primary point of contact and will coordinate with the Board as necessary. Following this process helps ensure that requests are documented and addressed as efficiently as possible.

If you observe suspicious activity or an emergency within the community, please contact the police immediately. Once the situation has been reported, please notify Foster Premier so the Association is aware and can follow up if necessary.

Thank you for your continued support, patience, and cooperation as we continue working to improve our community together.

Sincerely,

The Park East Board of Directors

Josh Romero – jromero@fosterpremier.com
